Shipping and delivery policy

30fps is software you use online. There is nothing physical to ship and no delivery charge. Everything you pay for is delivered to your 30fps account, in your web browser, as soon as your payment is confirmed.

A paid plan raises the monthly allowances on your 30fps account — transcription and export minutes, the longest video you can caption, and Instagram automation — and lets you download your videos without a watermark. Each plan’s allowances are listed in pricing.

• Straight after payment. Your plan switches on as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few minutes. You can see it in Settings, under Billing, and its monthly allowances start that day.
• Every renewal. When a monthly renewal payment goes through, your allowances reset on your renewal date, the same way.
• If it has not started. If you were charged but your plan has not changed within an hour, email us with the payment ID from your receipt. We will switch it on within one working day, or refund the payment in full if we cannot.

• Captions are made in the editor while you wait. How long it takes depends on the length of the video.
• Exported videos download to your device from your browser. We keep each export for 48 hours after it finishes, so download it within that time. On the Free plan, videos play full screen with a watermark instead of downloading.
• Instagram automations send their replies and messages on Instagram itself. Instagram’s own limits can delay or hold back a message, as our terms of service explain.

Because 30fps is delivered online, it works wherever you have an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser. Prices are in Indian rupees.

If you cannot sign in, your plan did not start, or an export will not download, email [email protected]. We reply within one working day. Refunds follow our refund policy.
